How do I register?
You will need to visit the My CPD Zone homepage, and click on ‘Register’, when clicking on here, you will need to input your e-mail address, customer number (please call 0800 371652 if you do not know this), your postcode that your journals are delivered to, and your desired password.
How do I log in?
You will need to first register (see above), if you are already registered, please click on the ‘Log in’ option and enter your e-mail address and password.
I have an account, but I cannot remember my password, how I do reset it?
Please go to the top of the My CPD Zone homepage and click on the ‘Log in’ option, below it asks ‘Forgot Password?’, by clicking on this, an e-mail is sent automatically to your e-mail address with a generated password. You can change this once you have logged in.
I cannot find my certificates – where are they?
FMC publications do not have an expiry date, therefore you can complete your CPD as and when you wish to do so, therefore your certificates will appear in the year of completion rather than the year in which the journals were published. If you are still experiencing difficulty finding your certificates, please call 0800 371652 where our web team will be happy to help.
How do I change my password?
Once logged in, you can click on the ‘Your Profile’ link in the top right of your screen, once on this page you will see a message ‘Need to change your password? Click Here’, use may use this to change your password to something of your choice.
I am short of CPD, how can I purchase more journals?
In order to purchase more FMC journals, please visit, or call our CPD advisors on 0800 371652 who will be happy to help you with any queries you may have.
Do my journals have an expiry date?
No! Your journals will never expire, therefore you can complete them whenever you wish to do so, and your CPD hours are still valid.
Where are my new editions?
Please note, new subscriptions can take up to 14 working days to appear online after purchase. If they are still not appearing, it may be that we have two accounts for you, please call 0800 371652 for us to merge these.
I have been locked out of my questions due to incorrect answers – how do I unlock them?
Do not fear! Although after 5 attempts you will be locked out of your questions, you will be allowed to try again 24 hours later.
